breasthealthDid you know that, in Canada, 1 in 9 women is expected to be diagnosed with cancer in her lifetime? One in 29 will die of it. As Canadian women, we should not fear cancer, but we should prepare against it. I will discuss easy ways to keep breast cancer at bay with cruciferous vegetables and flax oil. Since I’m a breast cancer survivor, I pay keen attention to antioxidants and greens every day to avoid any re-occurrence of cancer.

From my own experience, it’s quite clear that you can’t have a healthy period unless your thyroid and brain based glands are functioning optimally.  The pituitary, hypothalamus, and thyroid glands need to function well in order for your reproductive organs to work properly. Let’s talk about whole foods to nourish that very important brain of yours.
