Because I have personal experience with hypothyroidism and anemia, I will discuss these issues with you in detail if they relate to you. I also believe in educating my clients. In addition to supplying you with reading material on the issues I feel you need to read up on, I will suggest books, recipe books and websites, so that you can more fully understand your own health issues. It takes time to know you. Expect 3 base sessions for me to understand your diet and health concerns. This will take about 4 hours in total. After each session, I will take you into my kitchen where I will show you my blender and we will make a green smoothie so you can taste it.
